When Pedestrians Hit Back!
In all seriousness though, there was something on the London local news last week about how cyclists wouldn't stop at a crossing manned by a lollypop lady. It was at the bottom of a hill, and there were countless of incidents where cyclists totally ignored the lollypop lady. If I was her I'd have just gone "ooops" as I dropped the 'lollypop' horizontally, swatting the cyclist, lol

i see a lot of this whilst driving , cyclists jumping from road to pavement to traverse the lights ,one way systems ,stop signs etc . it seems like 90%of them have no regard for the rules of the road or other road users ,come to think of it they have no regard for pedestrians either, its a good job we motorists dont drive the same way, i think its time to lay the law down with these idiots on the spot fines etc [espesialy when they have no lights] theres a whole new source of revenue for traffic plod to have a go at , and perhaps they could leave the motorist be for a while .

My great grandmother, back in the early 80's was nearly knocked over getting off a bus by some kids on BMXs speeding past.
She shoved her walking stick in the front wheel of the last one

Re: Craziest Award Ceremony
Hi Jkat, firstly, it is an offence to ride your cycle on the pavement, and you can get an £80.00 ticket for it, and the other, about 70% of cyclists are a pain, by jumping red lights, and nearly get killed, although cycling is good for you, there are some cyclist, who cannot ride them properly. did you watch the tv doc about police in Central London actually chasing cyclist down the road, if they went through a red light, which is illegal, and gives them a ticket, some gut didn't like it and got arrested. nothing personnel either.
