Upstream forced to qpsk????

Hi all,

i'm running docsis2.0 on my plant.
Downstream : BW 8MHz, modulation 256qam -->result = 35mBit/s (ok, i'm satisfied)
Upstream : BW 6.4Mhz, modulation 64qam --> result = 2.4MBit/s
BW 3.2Mhz, modulation 64qam --> result = 2.4MBit/s
BW 3.2MHz, modulation 16qam --> result = 2.4MBit/s
BW 3.2MHz, modulation qpsk --> result = 2.4MBit/s

So it looks like my upstream modulation is forced to qpsk???

my Upstream SNR = 30.3dB and CNR 26dB, so that should be suficient...

anyone any ideas?

Thanks W.

Re: Upstream forced to qpsk????

Bear in mind that this is an independendant forum for Cable subcribers in the UK. You are welcome to participate, but if you have a specific problem with your cable modem, you'd be better off contacting your cable supplier.

Re: Upstream forced to qpsk????

As you are from Belgium, I have moved your thread outside of the VM section to avoid confusion.
