User Manual For A Pace D14001n Digibox

Hi,

Can anyone let me know where it is possible to get a user manual for a Pace digibox, model no DI4001N.

My daughter has just been give this digibox by her gran, but unfortuneatly her gran has lost the user manual.

Would appreciate any help in finding such a user manuaj.

Just what I was thinking

Unless the STB is supplied direct to the subscriber by Virgin Media, it cannot be legally connected to the Virgin Media Network. This forum will not support any attempt to obtain cable services without paying for them. If your daughter is a subscriber, and the current STB is not behaving then she should complain of a fault to VM and require them to fix it. "Her Gran" should retain the Set Top Box, and if it is no longer required it should be collected by Virgin Media.
