My Dell has 1x DVI (my 19" only has VGA) but Dell sent a DVI 2 VGA for me in the box. I would use DVI - HDMI for TV

I suffer with sight problems so increasing any more than 1024 x 768, wont do any good as ill struggle to see.

22.5" 1680x1050 for mine
40" sony when in lounge!
At work I view a a video wall that's about 50foot by 15foot running a single desktop - god knows the resolution but I always want to do a "arrange" icons / cascade windows
