When i was a wee bit younger,back on the Bonnie Banks,we used to have 20Ft snowdrifts up against the house in the morning......now your lucky if we get some 5 Ft high **** stain from the passing drunks 
I would`nt quite call the XP desktop "boring" btw...i mean ,i could spend a couple of hours just figuring out what all those icons are if nothing else
