Thanks Zing, I don't know about regedit, and backing up, that is out of my league, and I am not going to tamper with things I don't know about. I have sent an email to Lexmark for technical support (free on the internet) and have printed out their instructions, so will have another bash and see what happens. Will let you know. Appreciate all you help!
