Question Tesco Mobile Service Messages

Hello...
I was just wondering if anyone could tell me why i keep getting these messages of Tesco Mobile. I have a Nokia 6151 and every day i get a service message that leads me to a website. Why do i get them and how do i stop them?

Re: Tesco Mobile Service Messages

When you say that they lead you to a website..... Do you mean that you open them and they take you to a website, or that they give you a link to a website and instruct you to go there?

Re: Tesco Mobile Service Messages

What exactly do the messages say and which number do they originate from?

I think someone is going to a ringtone website and entering your mobile number, you then get a text message to get a free (crap) ring tone free, they then bombard you with texts to buy their high priced ring tones.

Don’t do a thing or you could type stop but that would cost you money.

You might also be being targeted by Tesco for offers etc seeing as it's a Tesco Mobile.
