I dont think its a fake, but it is not Apples display. They have that in AT&T stores

I remember they use Windows in the construction process for iPods. This was one reason some ipods were shipped with a virus.

Yup, This kind of thing does happen a lot since Apple outsource a lot of their production and such that you will get times people are working on Apple products using Windows.
