General www, Torrents, the site I posted above and Speed Test http://www.speedtest.net/ are all running at speeds I would expect from 20Mbit. Youtube is struggling to buffer a 2Mb clip! Your best bet is get a downloader (are they illegal?? Sorry if they are, mod me) and just download clips and watch them in something like http://www.gomplayer.com/main.html or stick them in Super http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html and convert them to DivX or Xvid as required. Or 3GP and whack them on your phone.
