Great match
BTW Madrid are not top because of goal difference as places in la liga are seperated by games against each other, so because they had the better results against Barca they are top, Barca actually have a much better goal difference.

If you can get him, you should, providing he doesn't want to stay with us of course

Wtf
Real Madrid president Ramon Calderon has hinted there is a clause in the England midfielder's contract which could allow them to keep him.

Well... Rumour has it that Beckham is going through a rough patch with his missus. She's the one that's dragging him over to the US by the scrotum. If things got that bad between them, he may elect to not go.
However, the septics would lynch him though if he ever went back over there.

Re: Close Season Gossip & Rumour Thread
i think maybe Beckham regrets signing that US contract so early as loads of clubs will be wanting him now and he could have stayed at Real.. still that's the price you pay for being under the thumb

Even I knew that one, and I'm as thick as a whale omelette.
Mind you, I lived darn sarf for a while.
Funnily enough, my ex girlfriends dad (who's a cockney) used to say that northerners use cockney rhyming slang more than cockneys do.

Allardyce said: "They're out of order. I'm flabbergasted and want the situation resolved."
What are you on about, his behaviour forced them to sell him, it's a pity football has no morals, because he should have been sacked and left to rot in obscurity with no club wanting to sign him, sadly as shown already with Lee Hughes football don't work like that

Re: Close Season Gossip & Rumour Thread
Well, lets hope he asks the right questions and isn't as miss informed as that pagan of virtue Dave Whelan, I see that Wigan are now involved with a players contract irregularities and honest Dave is being investigated for miss leading the Stock Exchange, which should come as little shock because he has been miss leading people about our case all along, still what should we expect from some one who holds fans in such low esteem, a judge described his business as a cartel
Prime Minister Tony Blair may be asked a question in Parliament next Wednesday over Sheffield United's controversial relegation from the Premier League. (Daily Star)
