What i cant understand how bbc news 24 justified breaking off midway through a G8 interview to go over to the police press conference.
What on earth is the BBC's priority for goodness sake???

She's in court today at 4pm BST. The judge who originally sentenced her to jail will decide on whether she can complete her sentence under house arrest or whther she will be sent back to Jail.
