I'd definetely say this is not a problem with your setup.
VM should probably be notified that there is either a device misconfiguration on 194.117.136.218 that is routing traffic to a bad device or one of the gateways connected to that device is down or bad.
You could probably help them solve the problem quicker if you sent them a copy of your tracert output, but I think at the moment they've got bigger things to worry about.
