how do I uninstall & thenreinstall

I have a virus program called bullguard 7 pushed on to me by my PC supplier I have been running for around 4 weeks with virginmedia (blueyonder)broadband.
I cannot live with bullguard any longer it conflicts with too much of my software.
I know how to uninstall bullguard, but I cannot see a way to reinstall the virgin virus protector. Looking at the virgin disk in W/Expl. I cannot see any virus setup.
So can I uninstall virginmedia (and how?) then put the virgin disk in again and reinstall everything?

Re: how do I uninstall & thenreinstall

I have today myself uninstalled virgin media pc guard due to alot of people commenting on how bad it was. Ive just installed avast and im surprised at how good it is even though its free. I have also got zone alarm free firewall, spyware blaster and spybot S&D. All the programs mentioned are free.

Do you really want to use the VM PC Guard?

I personally use AVG (http://free.grisoft.com) it's free and updates its virus defenitions most days.
