erm, I would check your downloader - it appears to have downloaded less in the second example than in the first example (4.1 vs 2.2, if they are running totals)

seeing as you're still on 10mb, you being out all day doesn't mean a thing, traffic throttling in your area shouldn't be enabled yet (from what i understand). therefore, it must just be congestion on *a* network somewhere between you and the server you're downloading from
