virgin media service hasent been good lately

i have been getting really angry at the moment with regards to virgin and my internet connection i recently upgraded to the 10meg package which has now gone to 20meg but it doesent feel like it more like a basic connection speed anyone elese been haveing the same problem i am going to see about canceling my contract and returning to bt would this is why i am also posting about if i cancel would i still have to pay my last couple of months connection as well

pick a server which is recomended you do not need 20 meg connection for looking at emails and basic things only download junkies need it. well and gamers the yellow thingy is the recomdned server for you.

recently i was only getting 8 percent of my download speed i had to eaither choose between fast downloads or crappy online gaming with pings of 150 higher the number crapper it is with ping. normaly i used to get around 10 15 average 5 minimun depending the game.

now im all fixed and all is super no idea what they done after 100 phone calls but it's done
