Was on the phone to a brother of mine and the phone cuts out, bam goes dead, (not just mine in the street) everyone so ****ed off for the services, broadband is ****, constant speed loss, the tv works wen it wants to, Engineers are crap, (why even hire them) 6 ENGINEERS IN 2 MONTHS, still didnt fix it, 'Nothing we can do'.. You scrape Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£90 a month off us.. pft
Dartford = 'Upgraded', pfft, absolute shambles
Everyone says NTL use to be a shoddy service, I don't see virgin doing a much better job, Can't even ring 150, and i am not using a mobile to ring an 0845 number..

Faults guys get this all the time too... so it's not just engineers however you guys often get it face to face which is never good. It does nothing to make people go the extra mile to help customers like that.

To the OP... CALL FAULTS, this is the only way to get things sorted, make sure the whole of India know you on a first name basis and don't give up. But please try to treat them with a little respect or your not going to get anywhere,

Wouldn't everything go off if it was a cab problem?
And the need of rubbish about the engineers was said cause i weren't int he slightest best of moods at half 4 in the morning, but its true,
Every single engineer tells you a different story each time, but stil fail to fix it, so yeah it needed to be said
apposing to the fauts, majority of them are helpful, Inidia you have trouble with but get there eventually,

I am in the Dartford / Darenth area and there has been a power cut. Power is back on now, together with broadband but telephone system hasn't recovered yet.

It depend on the aera you are in and the type of network build in the area.We have 2 sides Telephone Dsas /Muxes And Csa Catv and BB .Both sides have battery back up incase the power goes off .If the power is going to be off for a while we can power the cabs with generators or our vans
