Unhappy feeling stupid

i've been an ntl customer for dinkeys years, and set up an email address when we got broadband installed...however i never used it.
so now, i want to start using the webmail services i cant because stupid me has forgotten my login details.
any ideas on what to do, i have sent enquiries to virgin and ntl before the takeover, but had no response...

please help...

Call tech support, answer a security question. They will give you the password. If you haven't used the address in over 90 days they should reset it too, because it will be inactive.
