Decent game on Sky Sports 2 right now. United v Liverpool.
United have just taken the lead in first leg of the final at Anfield.

The Actim Index has been updated and reflects van der Sar's recent below Par performaces.

Name .....................Index Score ..Overall Rank...Team
1 marcus hahnemann... 435 ................18.........Reading
2 david james..............432 ................19.........Portsmouth
3 tim howard...............431 ................20.........Everton
4 jose reina.................419 ................23.........Liverpool
5 edwin van der sar......415 ................26.........Manchester United
I think the fact that he was in 1st place for a large part of the season but has slipped due to recent performances show that it is hopefully only a blip

They still sang "murderers" and "Hillsborough" chants, even though it was a youth game. Classy.

no Brad Friedle who I rate as better than VDS and also no Cech but that could be because he was out for a lot of the season.

Given is good but Robinson has been having a bad season. He has punched and flapped at far too many crosses this season and just hasn't looked as good as he usually does

I personally don't condone that kind of thing. Don't forget though, scousers chanted about Munich for over 2 decades, prior to Hillsborough.

i don't think that is any excuse though.
have been at the United v Liverpool game and the derby and the hatred you see from the fans is unbelievable.. they are sitting about 90 yards away from the liverpool fans and you get one bloke leaning over shouting at them as if they can hear him
sure i want us to win all our games and beat the top sides but I don't hate them..
on the way to OT Dad and me usually stop off for a quick drink at a hotel \ bar near manchester.. several times there have been away fans there and we've never hd a problem and have chatted and joked with them and it's all been fine can't see why others can't just get along

I did say in my post, I don't condone it.
I'm merely pointing out that supporters have very long memories, and have a "what goes around comes around" attitude.

Re: Football Talk 2006/2007 Season
In a similar guise to the spoof of Jose Mourinho singing "jose ad his amazing colour coat" apparently on five live yesterday prior to kick off they had a spoof of him singing "roxanne".
Anyone heard this or know where it is available to listen to as I missed it.
Thanks
