Re: New names for Virgin TV Channels.

I thought the suppliers of the channel name the channels and not the people who re-broadcast it?

Virgin Media own all them channels that got listed. They could do it with UKTV but they owned by the BBC aswell, not just VM.

I think it is a good idea having the word Virgin all over the Sky EPG! Hurah!

Yes, especially with Living. They change the colour scheme of Living from Pink because of the fact that they were attracting more male viewers now, so i don't think Virgin Women will be appropriate.

FTN=Virgin Mix/Virgin Extra maybe?

But i don't think VMTV will be renaming there channels soon. If they were i don't think they'd have changed the look of Virgin when they did.

But Living are now aware of the fact that more men watch their channel (probably thanks to them showing stuff like The X-Files).

Re: New names for Virgin TV Channels.

Would be a good idea to rename the channels if they could. I would agree wth Daggman, keep the same channel names but add Virgin or V to them.

Re: New names for Virgin TV Channels.

Or just alter the voiceovers:

"You're watching Living - part of the Virgin Media Television Network."

Re: New names for Virgin TV Channels.

Problem is that Sky would insist on listing them as: ntl/virgin living, etc.
