No change in since the VM takeover

I left NTL last year due to the huge mess they made on my account and went to Sky as I'd had enough but decided to join VM as there Sky Sports + TV was cheaper.

Less than a month in I've had nothing but trouble starting from being billed double for installation (£50) - Even though it should have only been £15 as the offer stated you received £10 discount if you ordered online.

A week or so in I get cut off so I ring VM up, they come back with "You've hit your credit limit" so we find out I've been billing wrong for install and because you have to pay for 2 months as soon as I used the phone I hit my credit limit so they disconnected me, after hours upon hours of trying to get this sorted all they say is pay £60 and you can have your service back on, forget that.
Yesterday I ring up again and try to cut my service down by removing Sky Sports and going down to the M TV package just so I can get my phone back on again, they couldn't do that even though one guy said we could. Today I rang up again (I wasn't giving in) and told them that the credit limit was stupid as it had to account for 2 months which takes me over it straight away, I ask to speak to a supervisor and get this sorted.

Again I waited and waited on hold to finally get to speak to someone who can override the system and remove the credit limit for this month, about 1hr later my TV and phones back on, great just in time for tonights Rugby League game on Sky sports.

8.00pm I switch over to watch the game to find out my TV has been disconnected again and my phones only accepting incoming calls, I ring them up and get told my account has been lifted and should be working but as customer care closed at 8pm they can't do anything (got through to the fault dept).

This is a joke and at the moment I'm thinking why should I go through another 18 months hassle like with NTL again. Sky might be slightly more expensive and have a monopoly or whatever they like to call it but at least I never had any problems with them, shame the same can't be said about NTL/VM.

One very annoyed customer who's missing the Rugby
