Any info on Buffalo WHR-HP-G54?

I'm currently in the market for a wireless router (for NTL/Virgin cable) and I've heard good things about the Buffalo WHR-HP-G54. Does anyone have any experience of this router? Does it genuinely have good range/strength?

And if you do have it, which PC adapters to you use with it? Are they Buffalo or do you use a different brand? I understand the Buffalo WLI-U2-AG108 is one of the best to use with this particular router, but I also have a laptop (Sony Vaio) and I'm wondering how that would work with it as well

Thanks
