Error 1082?

Seem to be getting this alot with the ondemand services when you call faults, they get you to reboot, it works for a while, and then dies again and if i re-try about 4-5 times i can get the program that i wanted to watch.

It sort of starts off that the first program or 2 will start first time, then some needing 1 retry, and it goes up (just had to try 4 times).

Things i have checked, connection seems good (dont know how to check signal strength), rebooted a few times, including letting it power down for 10 minuites.
Ventlation, it was okish (in a cabinate with nothing on top), but today it is on the coffee table and still having a problems.

As i said, rebooting fixes it, but its getting to be a pain to reboot the bx when it gets to the point i have to try again 4 times, espically when im watching a series.

FYI, this is with a TV drive box and the Virgin EPG
