I have just been upgraded to the xl pack free for 6 months (Thanks Sky) But want to download a channel listing Does anyone know if one exists ??

Phone up and complain about a loss of a channel you probably don't even care you have lost. Then ask for retentions if they don't give you what you want.

Just phoned up and asked if customers are being compensated, got offered the upgrade straight away. Did not even have to threaten to cancel.
