re: Rate the last movie you saw
has anyone seen The Number 23? (doesn't that sentance sound like something off sesame street ) I'm going to see it later today as there is nothing else I remotely fancied seeing at the cinema, but it is cheapy day, and I have to go and meet someone to get some cute me to you bears that I blagged from freecycle! I might miss the ending though cos I've got to meet them at nine...

re: Rate the last movie you saw
it wasn't half as bad as critics are making out.. perhaps they could see similarities between The Number 23 and a fair few other films of a psychological / horror ilk - but I'm glad I gave it a chance, and highly gutted at missing the ending! We shall go see it again before it ends its run no doubt. 8/10

Casino Royale (only about 3 months after everyone else) - brilliant debut for DC, good plot and features one of the most eye-watering torture scenes ever
Cracking film though, 9/10

Why?
I thought it was great. Fitted perfectly.
Did you expect some sort of happy Hollywood ending?
Maybe something like

Not my cup of tea, I thought it was far to long and pretty dull 6/10

Went to see Ghostrider at the weekend, I thought it was a bit slow but loved one and son enjoyed it.
