cable modem logs



im getting more and more worried about the text is showing me
keeps saying level : critical, SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Loss of Sync
and all that stuff, it all sounds really bad. im getting high ping problems aswell, so i suppose these logs has something to do with my ping problems ?
just wannna make sure whats happening.

any solutions or ideas? thanks

i get them all the time and every time i ask somebody what they mean , i am told not to worry as they are perfectly normal

I thought it was normal, as i get them also and don't have issues with 10mbit.
