No channels (blocky broken images - completely un-viewable) on 1,2,3,4 on the V+, 1% of the time VOD - 99% not, slow channel changes, constant crashing, little or no HD content etc etc, it is absolute rubbish. The engineer came back out but had no V+ boxes (aparently there is a shortage in my area) and what made me laugh is he didn't even know what a V+ box looked like!!! He started playing with my Technomate Sat receiver saying so this is what a V+ looks like is it

Maybe i'll get a replacement tomorrow when the second engineer comes out.
Has anyone else had issues like this? If I dont get a new box that works tomorrow can I cancel without penalty? I dont mind testing a product that 99% works, but I am not paying top dollar for 30% working service. Just checked with Sky and I can get a HD box fitted in a couple of days. I'd rather splash out and get a service that works.
