Question Someone help?

Hi.

OK, here's the problem. I've just upgraded my internet speed to 10MB from NTL. Great, ain't it? Anyways, somehow my connection speed after every 5mins drops to 0:0kbps. Then, it boots up. It's quite annoying when I'm trying to download something. I think it's the router. I'm not too sure though.

Some help me please? TIA.

Re: Someone help?

If you aren't sure if it's the router, try plugging the PC directly into the modem. You may need to unplug the modem from the mains, plug in the PC into the modem, then plug the modem back into the mains
