What will the change to Virgin actually mean?
I'm a little confused.... and can't help but feel I'm missing something. I'm seeing all kinds of excitement about the change to Virgin Media, but I haven't as yet figured out why I should be excited and/or happy about it. Sure I guess the CS might get a little better, but my experiences with Virgin CS before leave me wary.
So anyway, I have 10mb broadband, Phone with unlimited evening/weekend (whatever that plan is) and the free tv pack... so what benefits am I going to see?
Mucho confused!

lol if tomoz is just about that lil tv change, then wat a waste of hype... but here's hoping to speed upgrades, better CS, and lower, more competitive prices!
P.S. no one has mentioned/ I might have missed it...
Will CF's forums get a facelift too? Maybe a change in name? Maybe a red/black forum!

Looks like it's going to be the biggest damp squib of all time
At least the big wigs are having a good **** up at our expense tonight.
Noticed you didn't win the place at the party Locky, probably won by a relative of RB.

Won't be long now before we know the truth, one way or another.

Re: What will the change to Virgin actually mean?
Customer Services is already being improved, I'm sure more competitive prices and speed upgrades will come soon. I think cable forum is also getting a different colour scheme and the forums are going to be reorganised.
Just wait and see.

Hehe - you're likely to be right there! Its always better never to believe all the P.R. hype that's spun about relaunches (for any company) as they will always lead to raised expectations of what will happen on the day of relaunch. At most, for the majority of customers who aren't in the UK2 pilot areas, there isn't going to be anything remarkably different to what we've got now - apart from the Virgin iD channel going live, and the website changing.
Most of the significant changes will only appear in the next few months, long after the "glow" from the Press Launch tomorrow has faded from the limelight, and whilst they will be very welcome ones if they work out properly, we shouldn't be too impatient for everything to change in a "big bang" tomorrow morning.
I will be very impressed though if VM can get things right this time round, and seriously rattle Sky's cage in terms of both product offer and growing its customer base to really punch as hard as they're talking the talk now.
