Re: Broadband through V+/TV Drive Box??

Thanks Grabbi, so the move to cable modems sounds more like an NTL policy change rather than any technical limitation. So if my enginerr turns up next week with a V+ box but no cable modem, the broadband 'should' continue to work through the other STB.

Hmmm.... fingers crossed. I work from home so can't afford to lose the broadband for any length of time. That would mean I'd have to venture into the office <shudder>

Re: Broadband through V+/TV Drive Box??

Well, they said that its a service we are paying for so loosing it is NOT an option.

They simply must do something about it, and if the STB will be disabled from Broadband, which it shouldn't, then a Cable Modem should be with him in the Van.

And it better friggin' be!

I'm certainly not loosing my service here.

I've had it since I joined, and although I don't have a PC, I have a PDA and XBox Live... I'm NOT loosing it.
