ARSENAL beating MANU again

It evens itself out over the seasons
From a personal point of view United defended too deeply in this game, allowing Arsenal to come on to them, this happens time and time again against decent sides..........Just play your normal game Fergie

Yes, well done - by the end of the season you'll have nothing to show for your efforts (again) other than 2 wins over the premiership champions
|
Now now Russ get your facts right, We have not beaten the premiership champions twice as we have only played them once which resulted in a 1-1 draw and the follow up game wtih Chelski is not until May at the Emirates.
Nice to see Van The Man Persie can still put it in the back of the net and then picked up while celebrating a Rooney type injury, broken metatarsal and will be out for 6 weeks.
Still nice comfortable win for us as Neville hacking Henry should have been a Penalty or a booking for Henry as surely he dived in the eyes of a United
fan.
Still the Worlds best footballer of this time sealed the day and sent the Smug United fans packing.
Theres only one Thierry Henry.
Sad part is Uniteds manager cant be bothered any longer to give interviews so puts his number 2 Queiroz up for the flack.
Not many are as much as a wimp as he is even Jose put his hands up to a bad display and is honest but Fergie and Redknapp leave it up to their number two to give the excuses.

Ah, so you didn't see the game then.

Typical arsenal supporter, doesn't know anything The reason both Ferguson, Redknapp and now Big Sam don't talk to the BBC is because of the documentaries that are full of rubbish that they have shown about them and in Fergies case his son. All three still talk to all other reporters and if you actually watched the match he talked to sky afterwards. If you have bothered to read any report of the match you will see comments made by Ferguson.

Can you blame him tho (thats Carlingman not Fergie), he probably takes his lead from Mr Wenger, and as we know that man never sees a thing

Re: Football Talk 2006/2007 Season
Mr. Wenger does indeed talk to the press (except after the West Ham game, but we'll gloss over that). It's instructive that the three Premiership managers who won't talk to the BBC are the kind of big, bluff, no-nonsense Brits that are always banging on about these touchy foreigners coming over and not being able to understand the British way - well, those foreigners seem to be bit less touchy than Big Sam, 'arry and Fungusmoan.

No, Liverpool beat the Champions on Saturday - seems there's only one team that can win away at Anfield this season. Actually, make that two, Arsenal and Arsenal Reserves.
If by some miracle Man Utd had actually won the league recently, you'd be calling them 'champions' all season, United Boys. Give Chelsea that respect (and no more, they don't deserve it and are going to implode - what a shame they gave us Gallas and £5m for that **** Ashley Cole, who I note failed to do his job and close down that other **** Pennant on Saturday. Kerching, chalk another one up for Arsene).
As for overpriced players, our back four cost
Clichy - £250,000
Senderos - £1.3m
Toure - probably about £250,000
Eboue - £1.3m
Seems a pretty good deal, really, compared with Oops-There-Goes-The-Ball Rio Ferdinand.

Re: Football Talk 2006/2007 Season
well i blame VDS for the second goal as he should have been able to tip it over.. the first was onstoppable but he still should have been closer to the ball.. you only need to watch him on the balls Rio and Vidic clear to see he has no clue any more
fair play to Arsenal they didn't give up and we surrendered the ball to them too easily all the time
says alot about us that we prefer 35 yo Larsson to Saha up front and that great signing Park couldn't even make the bench

I'm sure if the BBC made a documentary about Wengers son (if he has one) that was complete lies and Bull**** he wouldn't talk to them. It's not as if he doesn't say anything after a match, as Wenger has done, he just doesn't talk to the BBC, the BBC expect managers to talk to them even though they make programmes about them taking bungs and calling them cheats, IMO Fergie has every right not to talk to them.

Seeing that Saha has been out injured for a while it didn't suprise me Larsson started who has been playing well of late.

No, what we'll gloss over is the way you're nowhere to be seen when Arsenal lose and suddenly reappear when you win.

Well, that's something you can take home this season I suppose.

Yes a really good deal for a team in, what, 4th position? And our overpriced Ferdinand's mates have put us in what, 1st position by 6 points?
Arsenal logic indeed, you just can't beat* it
*for 'beat', read 'make any sense of'.

The thing they should remember is that fans and tv money have made them rich and given them the chance to become very rich household names, who are they hurting the BBC or the fans that want to hear their opinion on Match of the Day? Btw if that documentary was such rubbish why are 17 transfers now being investigated by the police? The whole Stevens report reeks of a cover up and people aren't fooled by this whitewash, imo people are sick to the back teeth of these overpaid pre Madonna's and this was an ideal opportunity to do something about it, that would hardly suit a lot of people with their hands in the sweetie jar though would it, so nothing will be done

yes you are right there... take Lucas Neil he could have gone to Liverpool and got European football each season.. played with gerrard and improved as a player and fought for cups and titles
instead he has asked for too much money and will prob end up at West Ham going through the motions just to earn money

Once again as i said before it's only the BBC that Ferguson doesn't talk to, if you want to know what he thinks there are hundreds of different sources out there to hear it from. The documentary about Ferguson's son was a while ago and i don't think its got anything to do with this police investigation going on at the moment, which i thought was more to do with the agents than the managers anyway?

You mentioned Ferguson, Redknapp and Sam all in the same sentence, which is why I referred to them all together
The reason both Ferguson, Redknapp and now Big Sam don't talk to the BBC is because of the documentaries that are full of rubbish that they have shown about them and in Fergies case his son
Pretty pointless really especially if you are innocent and I disagree I bet there are thousands of young kids who get up early on a Sunday morning to watch MotD and are constantly disappointed by their lack of interviews, they are the one's that pay the price, so they can make these principled stands.
Seems to me that the investigation was about corruption in football and imo the game is rife with it, needs overhauling from top to bottom and I be very shocked if you didn't think managers weren't on the take as well
