Re: ITV 3,C4 and ITV2 n/w?

Probably some sort of local fault on one of the transmission frequencies. You could always call faults and see what they have to say (after repowering your STB). On the other hand live wait till morning and see if it comes back by magic.

Yeh. Mine started at about 4pm with ITV 2, E4, E4+1, TV On Demand, Filmflex Previews & BBC Parliament not working. Later ITV 1 & Channel 4 also stopped, and in one instance TMF showed "unsubscribed channel".

All reappeared again at about 6pm.

I also posted about this in another thread...

She then check to see if there were any faults in the area, and then asked me for the Smart Card number. Being physically disabled, and undable to get to the STB to remove the card, i got the number of the Log/Info screens (Page Up, Page Down & Blue). She then asked if i could get the STB number, which i couldn't as i cannot get to the STB. Which she said was ok.
She then told be to go to BBC One (101) and she sent some "hits" to the STB to restore the channels, which didn't work. She tried tried again, which still didn't help. Then while she was busy checking other stuff, i tried flicking through channels again and now noticed ITV 1, CH 4 & also joined the vanishing channels, and that TMF was showing an "unsubscribed Channel" message. She then said that if things aren't restored within two hours (by 6pm) i should call again. Luckily they return by then, so didn't need to call again.

I'll especially be asking the techie about this loss of channels seeing as one was just here about a month ago about constant STB freezing (who actually just changed the frequency they box was set to) and said it should help.
