Telephone problems in Leeds

Anyone else having Telco problems in Leeds (LS16)?

If I use a NTL landline (to NTL and BT numbers) it rings once, then just faint white noise on the line. Same problem with mobile (O2) to BT or NTL landline.

ive used the phone three times this morning and it has worked fine, so maybe a problem with your connection? (im in ls27)

Thanks, but two other people in different parts of LS16 are having the same problem (and my BB is working fine).

It might just be LS16.....

ive just rung cs to see if the recorded message at the beginning of the call would mention any faults in your area but there was none mentioned, sorry this doesnt help
