I think the problem is that customer services don't know either all I can suggest is keep trying 'till you get it.
I will post back in the morning after I call them. As that's when they tell me I can get it. But I fully expect to be knocked back as well

Told ya!!!
Why does NTL find it so difficult to give out consistent and accurate info about their services? I really hope they get this sorted out in time for the Virgin re-branding.
Hell, even the channels for the TV packs on the NTL website are screwed up. According to the website, ITV 4 isn't part of the family pack.

LOL, I'm tempted to ring up later this week to find out what's happening with TV Drive in my area.
So far, its been:
"Ring back next week" (mid November)
"Ring back in December" (late November)
"No, you've been misinformed, TV Drive won't be out until January" (early December).
I bet if ring up, it will be, "its been out since November! Where the bloody hell have you been??!?!"

Re: Roll out delayed !!!
TV Drive, or V+, sounds like an excellent idea and a further development of the cable TV service, neglected for so long.
I shall definitely be taking the service, but I am in no rush and shall wait until after the roll out when the "melee" has died down.
Looking forward to that one. Sky can stick its Sky + box in an inconvenient place.

Re: Roll out delayed !!!
Just called sales to book an installation, and although as close as yesturday being told bookings are starting on the 12th, I have just been told there is a delay and no bookings are being taken at the moment due to checks which should be done within a couple of days, so to call back on Thursday.

Re: Roll out delayed !!!
It is very likely to be around 12th Jan now as I believe there is a network freeze on at the min with christmas and new year coming up, so only essential repairs will be done so if needs any hardware updates work at headend.
