I used to use a place called www.mobcrop.com to upload a photo and crop it to the correct size for my mobile phone.
this no longer seems to be on the net.
does anyone else know of any good sites, or free programs to hover an area over a pic so that you can select a portion of an image so you can make wallpapers for mobile phones?
IrfanView is also a very popular freeware program. I use it as my default image viewer as it's so quick to load, then I use PhotoShop as my editor - but irfanview will handle basic image editing very nicely.
