			When I recieve a link via Email i can't open it, I'm running Outlook Express, I've looked in the security settings and everything looks ok in there. 
 Any Ideas guys????

			Goto security options and turn off the restrictions BUT you have been warned !
 It is just better to copy the link location and open independently through IE or firefox.
 
 Make sure u trust the sourse of the mail else you could get onto a spammers list.

			Have they ever worked, or has this just started?
 Click Start -> Run, and then type in REGSVR32 URLMON.DLL
 
 See if that fixes it...
 
 If not, check the actions for HTTP in folder options --> file types.
