How to create shine effect with out photoshop

or... Is there someone out there that has photoshop and can.
I have attached a work in progress and the original file.

I am trying to create a shiny button type banner to go in a site that might use this template. http://www.trial.mlweb.co.uk/1stcall/

Since I don't have photoshop only fireworks I'm struggling with creating a nice effect. One for Jon or BR methinks...

Can't work out how to just use the shape of the first one yet...

Do you mean a bevel? Or a nice, shiny effect? I'll see what I can do with my gradients.

Err... what size do you need it to be? The same size as the third image you attached?

Same size as the thrid image, struggling to find a good example pic to show you.

I was also thinking of having a flash effect similar to the one showing the picture here http://www.castlegreen.co.uk/ where the picture is 3/4 wited out moving and becomes clear ion the final 1/4 of the header .

And yes its the same size as the 3rd image in the OP.

Coggy, the first 2 images are the parts i'm using to create a header the size of the 3rd. I do have bevel and emboss functions but its the multi gradients that create the gel/ glass effect that I'm looking for.

A bit light (Refferring to the 1st image), Its the material effect I'm trying to get. Like its under a sheet of glass or clear enamel. Latest working attached.

Whilst all this was going on i did these for you, various styles and lighting effects. Hope they are of some use... BR

Personally, i like the second and third ones, but the rest are closer to your original spec.
