VOD not updating

Hello, Can anyone tell me how to force downloads (cold reboot?) to my Sammy 2110c ?

On VOD (pick of the week) the last dated programme was the 18th Oct.

Thanks in advance.

During a reboot, hold down the "<" "CH+" & ">" buttons.
When the ffront display shows "Ld14" release the buttons and the box will perform a code download.

I'm having similar problems myself - 4oD shows "no content available", as does several of the other options. Will the above procedure work on a Pace box as well?

Please don't do this. It won't fix anything, but it might break your STB.

If you have items missing from VOD, this is a fault on the server for your region, not your box. Ring 151 and report it.
