Bad Phone Line & PVR (2 questions!)

hey all.

1) Our phone line has died We're in the stafford area and I dont fancy calling an expensive phone number from my mobile phone. Any tips on what I can do? When it was installed it was the wrong number from the one the guy wrote down.. so i assume that was an old tennant and thats been disconnected but the new one hasnt been connected? I dno... anyway thanks.

2) I want to have a hard drive recorder to record stuff on NTL. Is this possible with most standard HDD PVR's? Even if they have freeview in built? (I have no aerial in my room)

Thanks

Glasgow and Wales before the end of the year and rest of Langley by Jan. Bromley will be a little bit longer.

Well that is the plan.
