Re: WIFI Networking

Well in my experience you wont know of any problems till your faced with them lol .I use a Linksys wireless router and this works very stable and fine but its had to be set up to fit in with other wireless networks in my area as there was interference. Also to take into consideration is construction of your home and distance between where the router will be placed and where your pc will be.
You could use homeplugs which uses a standard router (no need for wifi) but uses your mains so basically anywhere with a plug socket will give you wired and therefore imo a more stable connection.Seeing as its to route Internet the 14mbps versions will be fine and a pair of these and a standard router costs about the same as a wireless router and wireless adapter.
A few of the more expensive routers have multiple antenna and these in theory will give greater range and a stronger signal I know Netgear have such a model on the market
