tiscali dial up

Can tiscali dial up be use on a telewest phone line , my sister has just had cable phone line put in and was told she would still be able to use tiscali ok
. but it does not work. anyone know if this is right or has she ben given wrong info

If it's any of the unmetered packages that use a freephone number - no.

Why do you want dialup anyway? You can get broadband for less than a dialup packagae.
