I don't know. I know you are a new member, but can you please stop posting 'ntl Cable TV issues' in General ntl discussion. They belong in the ntl: Phone and Cable TV forum.
The forum you keep posting threads into is for General ntl:Telewest News items only and can you please slow down on creating so many threads at once. Thanks.
