Re: Strange STB Behaviour

Please accept my apologies if I've inadvertently hijacked this thread with my earlier posts. I haven't seen the exact behaviour reported by Richard P and others. Good luck tracking this one down.

creative, who is it that codes up the liberate middleware, is it an NTL:tw internal team or one/some of the liberate owners codeing team?.

QNX RTP and Photon GUI would be a far better option and its better realtime and networking would be a far more powerful combination.

QNX RTP aka QNX Neutrino/QNX 6.x

Re: Strange STB Behaviour

I've noticed recently that sometimes when you change channel, the TV guide keeps showing the entries for the programmes from the channel you were watching previously but the picture itself and channel numbers / channel name in the mini guide window change. You can keep pressing up or down for quite a while before it eventually gives in and reports the correct programmes. Sometimes it doesn't and you have to turn the box off and on again quickly.

Re: Strange STB Behaviour

sorry for going off topic a little,
how would i go about changing my pace box to a samsung box, because my pace box is really playing up, it takes a VERY long time for the channels to load, and quite a few times within a hour half show, the show suddenly cuts out for about 30 secs then comes back on, and also i would like to be ready for the 2meg update :P
