Heres another thread where you seem to be completely unable to accept you are wrong despite two others proving you are.

The Away win comment was said with a smiley, it was meant to be humour.
I apologise again for trying to help you with your understanding, it seems you are beyond it.

I'm glad you changed your first reply, it was gibberish.

As I've already said Sollp, I merely corrected you where you had explained something incorrectly. If it had been anyone else, I think they would have taken it on board and moved on. It wasn't done to demean you. I've been corrected here before, and I've learnt things here.
What is your problem with being corrected?

Hi again all, sorry to keep you waiting; I'm sure you've all been biting your nails in anticipation waiting for my reply.

A "head network engineer" was sent out, as I asked for one of their more experienced workers on the phone and complained about the problem. He came out, instantly stated that it was a box problem and swapped it with a Samsung.
Great guy, all sorted and I don't even get random blackouts anymore

Excellent, good news.
Maybe its time to call it quits here?

thats great news, but can I suggest a waste of resource if it was just a box swap needed - did he do anything else to justify his 'handle' , IanGuy?

Re: NIT Scan Failed

He checked signals both at my end and at the cab, which led him to believe it was the box due to both being fine. All in all, it took him 10 minutes to diagnose.
