Hi all, can anyone help me with this:
I have tried 4 times to add another email address but I keep getting this mesage ( Unable to create mailbox, returned InvalidCosDomain ) Why ?
I am on BB 1mb.
I have done a search but only found posts that are from 2004 no help from those posts though !

no.. on the 1st bit I "sign in" ok, then I try to add another email address something like mikes fishing then it comes up with mikes.fishing@ntlworld.com and a password I then click the continue
then thats where it goes wrong
Sounds like you're doing everything correctly. So I suggest give it a day or so in case the registration servers are slow or down. Worked OK for me a minute ago using url: https://autoreg.autoregister.net/cgi-bin/xtrmail
