VOD problem

Im not sure if anybody else has ever had this problem and I only discovered it by accident. I have a Pace box and if my tv email mailbox is full my VOD wont work properly the sound works but no picture and the other way round. initially i thought may be signal level so called faults had engineer out checked all the levels all fine but made no difference i happened to check the mailbox the next day was full so deleted some junk and then my vod worked again then went off couple days later happened to check mailbox and full repeated procedure and all working again. Ive tested this quite a few times to prove to myself this is the cause of problems
Is this a fault that can be solved at all ? or is it just a bug got to get on with.

I havn't seen that before either. hmm, interesting, I know some model of pace stb's have only a small amount of memory, but I don't see why that would affect the VOD picture??!

Re: VOD problem

Why don't you just empty the mailbox, or do you use it alot? You could also ring up faults again and say that the vod stops functioning all the time, but don't mention that you think its related to the mail box, but tell the tech what happens when her comes.
