On demand not working
Anyone experiencing this problem - you press the on demand button and the usual page appears except there's just empty blue boxes with no options listed in them - you then have to wait a while before you can get out of it and even after a wait still nothing appears.
Any ideas?
Cheers

I find that is a temporary solution and that you have reboot at least once a day. The problem for me went away and resurfaced around the time of the channel number reshuffle (maybe just coincidence).
When the problem occurs the stb network status page says that the connection status is 3 - TX Ramping.

You have a return path issue and require a service tech.

Re: On demand not working
Whenever my VOD menus appear to jam up, I just seem to need to press the ON/OFF button on remote which takes the box to stand-by and then press the same button again and it clears the jam.
Hope this helps
It's a samsung box
