A good site to find out roughly what your property is worth, also handy for any nosey neighbours wanting to know how much you sold or bought it for

Only Ourproperty has my house listed, and the price I paid is nowhere near what they have it listed for!

How do they come up with these figures?

I have no idea I have looked at the sites and the prices in our area are way underquoted on them

Remember they quote actual sale prices as logged with the land registry, not advertised for sale prices. In England and Wales, actual sale price is usually lower than asking price (in Scotland it is always substantially higher!)

However they do make errors. If the price you paid for your own house is incorrect, you can contact them and they will fix it.
