Are that group part of business or broadcast?

They sound like a specialised group dealing with EMC etc.

Didn't ntl loose the Tetra installation contract when there was an argument over Tetra vs Tetrapol? I know the contract was put on hold, and ntl were partnering with Cogent for a bid at the time.

It all went very quiet.
