There are reports of some NTL service support staff getting extremely stressed of late  Maybe it was a employee who had just had a particularly bad day?? We all have them.

Wouldn't have windows Media *cough microsoft * player on my PC...... I use alternative and it works just fine..
With the alternative I just clicked on the link and it played no problems seems the only ones to have a problem are those who use microsofts media player which isn't a suprise..

Theres no way anyone can do that without inside knowledge!
I guess it was a bit like knowing the local rate number for "The Box" back in the old days. It was easy to phone up without using the premium number if you were in the know.
