When will Leicester 600k be upgraded please?

When will Leicester 600k be upgraded please?
On NTL's online site checker it says during the month of Septermber, well its almost over and i still have not been upgraded!  Can anyone who work for NTL find out for me please? thanks. (I think i will be downgrading to 300k, but if i downgrade now, ill be stuck with 150k since the upgrades have not yet been done) Thanks!

I'm in Leicester (LE3) and I was upgraded to 750K a few weeks ago.

Are you using Set Top Box or a Stand Alone Cable Modem.
If it is a Stand Alone CM have rebooted the modem ??

Hi, yes it is a cable modem, i alrdy tried unplugging all the wires, then reconnecting them, but nothing happened

As far as I am aware all of Leicester should be done - I suggest you call ntl.
